Another nearby Zn mine plans to re-open in 2015
This mine is less than 200km from the refinery:

I believe the story is a little over optimistic, as this is far from a done deal.

Curious if anyone knows where the concentrate from this mine was shipped to when it previously operated.  What other Zn refineries are in the region?
