DRIP ??
  I wonder why LTS did not suspend their DRIP such as PWE did.    Seems to me like it would save a lot on dilution down the road if they figured that their share price was going to increase when oil eventually heads back up.   They were previously starting to buy back shares ( although seems to have stopped lately )  but the DRIP kind of negates some of the buyback.
 
 Possibly they would rather have the dilution ( especially if they figure that their share price might trend lower yet )  and therefore not have to pay the dividend ( need the cash )  and worry about the dilution at a later date ??
