RE:Valuati

RE:ValuatiOne question that I have been asking myself is ‘does the market truly value the shares at $.22’ or ‘does the market continue to value current shares at $.07 (which is where it had settled prior to the remarkable sp increase the last 3 trading days) with someone/some organization driving the price to $.22 so as to perhaps justify offering the debenture holders a $.15 settlement basis’? Another question: did not management tell us 6 months ago that debenture holders should settle for a deal with Aspenleaf which valued Arcan at about $325M – when oil was about $100 bbl. Now that oil is below $60 bbl, why are the ‘non ad-hoc’ debenture holders being asked to convert at a ‘strike price’ which assumes Arcan is market valued at $360M?
