RE:RE:TD Securities target price for TBE is now .90 They are not necessarily morons, but they are not your friends.  These guys want YOUR money.  They lower their targets til they get their fill, and then they raise their targets til they've sold off. 
Aaaand repeat.  But they can be wrong too.  That's why they're still working for a living, & I don't.
