RE:RE: Moot & No Loss of Profit Awarded to ZecotekAllin I guess Zecoteks's case was not very good if they come out with a loss. Which wouuld be surprising given the favourable Markman ruling wouldn't it? And I thought they had a top rated legal team. Go figure.
