Disappointed in the sp? Yes, for the reasons I previously noted.
This is what happens when approval is given a few days before the Christmas holiday period. The FDA only today put a 510(k) Premarket Notification page up on their site, and they won't have the details of the device approval for another few weeks, one can expect. (They are in no particualr hurry, as we all know.) And, the channel partners executives are all off on holiday, as are the analysts. (Though I have heard that all who cover TOS have increased their targets by .75 to 1.00.; Doug Loe at Euro Pacific from 2.75 to 3.75; Desjardins from 2.00 to 2.75, for example). So we won't be getting much news, again, for the next 2 weeks.
But, expect significant news flow after this time very early in January, and, we can hope, a new company presentation and cc to clarify the what the approval means and what the concrete plans are for the near future. This is only a buying opportunity, IMHO, as some take profit before the end of the year. WKH
