That makes no sense Columbus. 
Selling shares at .15 cents to buy them back at .20?? The warrant price is .25 cents.

Also what makes no sense is that there was a whole bunch of free options that the insiders could have exercised when the share price was double of what the exercise price was. Instead they let them expire. If they would have exercised them, the company would have money in the bank and they would not have to seek this latest financing.
