You are right .....can't make a short concise clear statement like that without follow through .....Why make it ? Perhaps , hopefully it is a tip off of somrthing in the offing ....Why else buy back shares as they must surely have known their cash position .............If this company truly can go forward by generating income as a project generator then it will be a rare bird in this exchange .....One that should fly just a little anyway .....
