"Zecotek and Philips have identified areas of cooperation in the field of medical imaging," said Dr. A.F. Zerrouk, Chairman, President, and CEO of Zecotek Photonics Inc. "We look forward to establishing a meaningful business relationship with Philips."

It appears this was a supply agreement with Philips and the dumping is only an overreaction of all the hype leading up to the dissappointment of a confidential agreement and no concrete $ signs with multiple zeros. If anything these lows seem like an opporunity to load up. Cheers to the new years.
