So you're saying that the tender is for Ibarski Mines (IM) - property, leftover boron, and exploitation license - not for the purchase of Ibarski Rudnici (IR) Corporation. Correct?

For a little while I had thought this was the privatization of a state-owned corporation, which would require a lot more money. Tender funds for a property would seem manageable for EV.
