This is what we've been saying all along. How can the Ontario court keep the injunction on when this gets overturned. Even the international arbitration law experts are monitoring this closely. Stans chose to
go down this route . Mcci is a new arbitration and although recognised, it is untested. Everyone keeps saying this needs to tested in Canada and it will. My question is can the Ontario court keep an injunction on for 2 years without an international ruling to do a retrial.
no it can't and by then the JV would have happened and there would be no assets to freeze
Its been two months now since this has happened. What is happening. Surely we need to have the Ontario court date BEFORE the russian appeal. Isn't it important????
