postomg  this can't be challengers. What we did in krygistan is the exact same thing they are doing in russia. We went two steps above to the Supreme Court and nullify the Bishkek city court for the license. That's what's happening on the jurisdiction. They are challenging our right to the jurisdiction to the Supreme Court ( of which the Ontario court has called the ruling based of the mcci ). Now
if that gets overturned, the Ontario court has no legal right to hold
tge shares.'unless they can prove there is a danger to
recivering the asset of which I think the Canadians will uphold. This is what it boils down too! Will the canadian court realise the assets could be holland hols
