Shareholder value?Let's see...close December 31, 2013 was 4.61 after tanking from 5.40 a few months earlier.
Here we are in December 2014 trading below 4.00. Phenomenal shareholder value.
i can't wait for next year...maybe we'll be at 3.50 again. The traders/ manipulaters have a real heyday with this one don't they. The shorts and HFT's sh_t on this stock day in and day out. 
I've held this stocks for years, expecting/ hoping that one day the true value will come to the share price. A sad end to the year...
