McWhirter was on BNN yesterday on a segment called Bottom Feeding and I think he explained the Zecotek story quite well.

I am attaching the link and although he mentions other companies starting at the 8.25 minute mark, he specifically starts talking about ZMS at the 14.18 all the way to the 18.50 mark.
