Checkmate

CheckmateSo, here it is, Between 6 shareholders we have approx. 50mm shares. Now, w/ Miller and say a combination of his position w/ Raymond James, David Cassidy, Richard Bonnycastle we now have a new majority shareholder (Legacy position is 16mm). The end result (who will control this company) will largely depend on how the other remaining shareholders sway but I believe Legacy is about to get some competition for the management of LGX (as w/ control of board, a new management team can be appointed). Which perhaps they should as shareholders have been decimated and Yanko has not cared to provide any updates to market in past year. So, now you "why" (the lack of information) and the "who". I bet the games start here quickly and we see much higher share prices in short order. Enjoy.
