Yep, I'm a trader and I have huge winners and some losers. The only junk I have left in my long portfolio is this poor excuse of a stock. I'm net net short oil and have been for a while, with spectacular gains yet to be covered, I'll wait and see what Wall Street has in mind for the markets over the next few weeks.
My 3 greatest gains which happen to be shorts, were 2000 (Ballard Power) 2008 (QQQ's) and 2014 (OIH, BXE, DTX SGY)
Played BXE for a bounce long on the drop and made a pile as well.
This is my best trading year ever. Surely, it must be yours as well, what with the Saudi's handing you such a gift. Or, were you unable to pull the short trigger.
PS: I should give an honorable mention to Dave-2-pennies for his mention of NEM several years ago post 2008. I went long DDDD cup size for a 5 bagger and still left another double on the table.
