RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is LSG overvalued?? harjay i am not an expert and did not intend to give that impression, if I did. I was trying to share my sense of the proportions as they would seem reasonable to me .
In response to your comment I did look at examples of shares I own. I chose FVI ,HBM and OR. I could not find OR but here are the first two.
the first FVI(FSM in the US) has a cap of about $630 million and shares o/s of 127 miillion.
Institutions own 51% and the top five of them have about 47 million of these shares or approaching 40% of the total. see:
https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/fsm/institutional-holdings
second HBM with a market cap of $2.3 billion and 233 million shares o/s. Institutions have 65% and the top five of them have about own about 55% of the total. See
https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/hbm/ownership-summary
These compare to LSG with a market cap of $330 million and 435 million shares o/s. Institutions own about 30 % and the top five of them have about 22%of the total.
See:
https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/lsg/ownership-summary
based on this small sample of examples LSG seems to have less institutional investor oversight .
I also looked at the descriptions of those on the boards of directors of the four(lsg, or, fvi, and hbm).. It is hard to judge especially with such brief descriptions but one could see how someone might comment that the three had more experienced boards of directors.
I wonder if others would look at other comparisons with the situation at LSG.
