bid-ask, a stupid question

bid-ask, a stupid questionthis AM, the bid is .005, ask has 21000@.01,then .015,so I take out the 21000@ .01, thinking that should put the price up to .015,nothing moved,why, if there is no ask left @.01 is the price still there, and not moved to .015?? anyone??
