That's what they do. As soon as they see an opportunity like this, they come in like hords, especially on a bad day. They wanna buy the stock at the most cheapest price possible so they bash and bash and once they buy it, they stay quiet for awhile, flip it at higher price and then same thing again. Worst kind of strategy. Only in penny stock market
