Game Changer - getting rid of auditor's notes in FinancialsIn MHO.....
Always read auditor's notes in any company financial statements. Quotes from the Microbix news release today:
"improvements in the Company's earnings, liquidity and overall financial position during the year ended September 30, 2014, and projected improvements on a go-forward basis, resulted in the Company's independent public accounting firm removing a longstanding cautionary note from its audit report dated December 19, 2014. In previous years, this note expressed uncertainty about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern; also known as a "going concern" notice.
I think the removal of these auditor cautionary notes could really open up opportunities for some insititutional investors to start taking positions in Microbix. ( as I think that any "going concern notices/references" could make some of these folks think twice about making an investement) For retail investors this is very good news as it will help to increase demand for the stock as more institutional investors start buying the stock and thus MBX SP increases !!!
