heres to hoping that waterton and mgmt especially Jim O T Neil spending some time behind bars.  we need to give credit where this is due, if it wasn't for murays sterling efforts this asset would be stripped and gone.  my prediction is waterton and o neill will try desparately to make this go away.  They need to come to terms with walking away completely plus compensation - or going to court being fined and doing some cell block time.  I would personally like to see them lose the lot - their license and all their worth and do time.  they will fold its just how far murray and the defence team want to take it. I bet they have already been stripping the asset of physical gold - in preparation of paying their sorry butts out of this mess.  At the end of the day you can't do business with these guys, they tried to do a fast one on us shareholders.  We deserve to see some justice.  waterton needs to go down otherwise they will continue to do the same thing to other mining properties.
