Pathway Programs

The company's recent acquisitions of KGIC and UIS address the growing demand for Pathway Programs, which bridge ESL programs to post-secondary institutions. Loyalist is currently in the process of expanding UIS's operations, which includes providing Pathway Programs to non-Loyalist ESL school students, and utilizing UIS's permit to recruit Chinese students in order to increase marketing opportunities and overseas exposure.

In addition, the Professional Development Training program at MTi has diversified Loyalist's offerings, and will attract students seeking professional career development classes, while working to retain those that have completed language training with Loyalist for further education.

Professional Development revenue accounted for 14.4% of revenue in the three months ended September 30, 2014, compared to 4.0% in the same period in the prior year.
