RE:RE:TSTBeech

I don't recall saying 7% but let's work with
80%. And if you go 80% of say 2.50 that is 2.00
not .22 as where we should be trading more or less.
And my guess is that once we file to the FDA the odds
improve. But we're not are we.

here are my qualifiers as to why:

Most trials involve more than 150 plus individuals
and Endo cut our trial off for lack of warm bodies before
we reached the normal minimum population sample size.

Endo bailed leaving us in the penalty box.

Our last financing was at .23 with warrants and that
bought us some time but not a lot at a burn of 2
million a quarter of which 2 is gone as of tomorrow.

The financing before that was at .29 with
warrants. Not a positive. If it was .23 then .29
that presents an entirely different message to
the markets.

We don't have the financial wherewithal to buy
our way out of the penalty box.

Therefore until we catch the eye of someone
with a lot of money we trade sideways until we
get that FDA thumbs up.

Given I am at my allocation limit and hold warrants
with no intention on selling with only a minor TFSA
top up on the horizon why should I care where we
trade if TST doesn't need any further money.
Yes the employees are able to buy cheaply but good on
them. If we don't get a thumbs up from the Fed we will have
to fire most of them.

Therefore I am happily ticking off the days and
enjoying my daily sparring with DY when he is civil
and DS2 when he attempts to bully anyone not in
the Rah Rah camp.
