RE:December is over and no Nato salePatience isn't your strong point, is it?  Anything could be happening.  Nobody said the deal would be finalized in December, only that bids would be received in the last half of December.  Let's give them a little time to either mull the offers, negotiate or let us know if none were acceptable.
