Just speculating on the last day of 2014

Just speculating on the last day of 2014TSX: CXR, Concordia Healthcare. 28M shares; 1.36B market cap; 109M liabilities to 61M equity. Large and diverse stable of drugs, etc, many of which are "legacy", meaning high profit because the research is paid for. Only showing $2M net income. I'm thinking that a good manager, like Goodman, could do substantially better with their product line, and take advantage of a large debt write down.....?
