  At least inventories dropped in the U.S. this week but not helping too much.    Everyone now knows that what the other countries end up doing in respect to selling more oil ( instead of less ) is what is really going to make the difference as far as the price of oil is concerned
 
 
 Everyone can see how true this is.    Right after the decline in inventories came out this morning  oil had a nice " uptick " but has now quickly reversed it's upward trend and is declining once again as seen below.
 
 After the inventory was released she jumped up to $53.92 but now has dropped back down into the $52's  and on above average volume..
