RE:RE:Did Allana purchase NOVA for teh water or SOP or both??Many thought the water was the significant value, but I believe the SOP is the real key here with the Nova property...

If there was not much water, I don't think they would have bought it (depends on how much water they thought was there) and would have just went to the lake which probably would have costed another 30-40 mil.. or would have bought them or offered them not as an attractive deal.
If you think about all of the milestones this company has made in the past few years and look at our shareprice, this has the potential to make multiples on our money. Most of the raises have been much higher in shareprice than today. This obviously tells me that most investors have bought in higher and we made this much success so far. Now, to see how much dillution there will be. If there is not much, this stock may fly. Especially with SOP results.
Correct me if I am wrong but I thought farhad said that we may be able to produce OPEX similar economics to the MOP side.. If this is the case, with 50+ years of 1 mil tonnes, Capex may be a bit more but this has the potential to be the dark horse that will save all of us shareholders that bought in higher as well. This cannot be ujnderstaed.
The fact that the pumpers of this board were criticized for the 450 dollars a tonne for potash.. now that sop is a possibility, we are looking at 6-700 dollar a tonne with a potential of 120-150 opex. Take a look at the economics of that.. oh and that is also with a very profitable mop operation. I wonder, with minimal dillution what the combined companies would be worth?? Lets just say, many multiples on where we are right now.
