Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

I would not call a big achievement the fact that we doubled the SP since last year`s close when we take in consideration the PRs we got:
Renewal with Disney and Universal, Panasonic and LG launches, LG-3DGo deal, Sony-Wi-Lan deal, interpolation patent,an extension of deals with Wi-Lan and a couple more.
We still seem to be at the bottom of the stairs looking up,not as many obstacles but still a long stair.

2015 has to be better, there`s no two ways about it.

Best of luck.

Some reminders as December 31st closings in recent years:
Dec 31st 2014---0.19
Dec31st 2013---0.095
Dec31st 2012---0.255
Dec31st 2011---0.32
Dec31st 2010---1.44
Dec31st 2009---3.18
Dec31st 2008---0.13
Dec31st 2007---0.38
Dec31st 2006---0.54
June 2006 first day on the Venture---closed at 0.65.

Talk about roller coasters.
We have to remember that 2012-2013-2014 were very rich in PRs but very low in execution, missed deadlines and revenues.
A PP in 2012 and another in 2013.

I forgot to mention on the last post that on the last 15 months we have averaged 10.000.000 traded shares per month or a daily average of 500.000.
