The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:500 shares were sold 5 seconds before the closeI totally agre Perdika.  I have repeateldy emailed IR suggesting this.  I get replies but never do they address this strategy as a possible solution.  For the small number of shares available on any given day it would be easy for PTA to buy up the asks and drive up the share price.  
As we start the year I understand there will be an NR released in this first week of January related to their 2015 projections and possibly a production and drilling update. Once this information is released if a concentrated buyback program was initiated to support the numbers I think we could start to see the share price rise to a reasonable level.
