But he sold at a discount to what the price was on the day the transaction was made, ATT's share price hasn't been at .12 in almost a year now. so if I'm an insider, I can sell my shares "privately" to whomever at whatever price I dream up so I don't have to pay taxes, and revenue Canada will be okay with that? I just can't believe that's legal.
