The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. RE:31 December! Poster Nick.   Good Post.  Of course you would be presumtuous considering who it appears we are dealing with.   Think about it.  If the Fondue camp knew it was not getting a license and that notice was not formal, do you think the stockholders would be notified.  The Fondue Camp is bigger manure while their license app is pending than if after being denied, if denied.
   I am still hopeful they will get the license as the head Fondue,  has a big PR type presense in the field but I dont know if there is any baggage of any kind that would preclude approval.  In conclusion the Fondue players, I find highly unimpressive, however the business idea is super.   In the US one might think of a penny stock where the disclosure reads that at least one of the directors is a successful used car salesman who used to own his own large car lot and is brother in law of the CEO.  A way of sharing my mindset on this one. :)
