" billion dollar deal with Medimmune." Whew, I need some of what you are taking. 22Xs current share price? Seriously, most of the current deals are structured progress infusions, not " Gee we'll pay a HUGE amount up front" on a micro stock deals. Sometimes reality isn't a bad place to visit.
