RE:128,076,720 shrs reduced by appx.~176,500I wonder if they stopped buying , that is a surprisingly small amount given the low low price per share  . Not much room on credit facility , very little cash on hand, and great uncertainty regarding furture oil /ng price might have made them stop the buyback ?
