Company Dead?

Company Dead?
Financial Statements for year ended August 31, 2014 were not filed ( not on SEDAR) within the required 120 days and the regulators have not yet issued a cease trading order. Seems very strange. Are these companies allowed to fade away without letting their shareholders know that they are done and why are the regulators allowing trading if the company is toast?
