But try finding it ?   Good luck !   I think there may be a clue to how clarici press released it - maybe she used another form of market wire - and perhaps it was overlooked to place it on bgm's news page for archiving.... ?   Other than that I will assume - on my own - that perhaps a private loan agreement doesn't fall under the standard disclosure to shareholders or others - till financial reporting times.

This post is laughable and shows both what a sham and how truly stupid you are. A "special" private loan that doesn't require adhering to the standard filing rules? Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
