RE: most under valued stock on the TSX
I think the stock is highly undervalued, but the market manipulation theory doesn't give a very good explanation of why the stock is undervalued.
I have to apply Occam's razor (the simplest explanation is always the best) to the theory of market manipulation. If mgmt wanted this company cheap, it could have ALREADY bought it cheap several times. Why engage in ongoing manipulation over the course of years with a greater chance of getting caught, rather than doing the deed when the opportunity was already there?
I do think that mgmt is terrible at PR, but usually mgmt has stock options or restricted stock that go up if the stock increases in price and would want a higher price. Maybe we should look at mgmt compensation in their proxy statements (or Canadian equivalents).
