Its lifestyle offering delivers comfort technologies such as Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins, Skechers Arch Fit, and Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam, among others.

Where do you get a share price of 10 cents or lower after a reverse spilt? Won't they have the same market cap of $34M after a reverse split? Higher share price with fewer shares o/s will result in same market value. If I own 100K shares at .10 share price now it will just mean that I own 10K shares at $1 share price after reverse split.
