RE:Taking a small position ...

RE:Taking a small position ... a position in a well diversified portfolio may help long term returns -as long as they stick to their knitting and keep making accretive AFFO acquisitions. there is a presentation on the company website you can review as well, personally I feel a lot of these newer small reits will be taken out in the next few years ... as you know, due diligence is important unless you are a day trader.. the boards give you come background and detail on companies and investment ideas- and a lot of nonsense too sometimes.. but all investors have their own agenda's so beware. my little agenda is a modest growing income return w some capital appreciation as well in with a contrarian/value bent.. hoping to be ahead over time as a long term retired investor caring for an elderly parent . so Good luck in 2015, I do feel good owning some quality real estate in safe countries ! Bea.
