The Company holds claims on various other properties, which include Cayenne Property, Fern Elizabeth Property, and Rand Garrison Property. Cayenne Property is a 133-ha property. The Company also holds NSR royalties on various properties.

These two ideas don't make sense together. Why would they diminish share value and stop share momentum before a promising result is released? We know they like to finance at 5 cents and they will likely need more money soon. 

There are two ways to get to general ways to increase share price: 1) appreciation through whatever means you have, 2) share consolidation. You only need one!

The far far far more likely event is that drill results are trickling in and they aren't promising at least in the short term. The company is losing faith that they will get to a 5 cent target on this information alone. The company is choosing option 2 to get back over 5 cents.
