I contacted Mr. Duport regarding the matter.
He said the following:
We have requested Stockhouse to remove this non sense quote from their website.
Firstly, SRK are acting on WAI behalf and it will not be up to them, to decide or not to have the NI43-101 published.
Secondly, as per previous PR the release of the NI43-101 is beyond WAI control and does not relate to Fe grade, to the contrary, our grade are actually amazing when combined with the propitiatory technology we intend to use in order to develop the mine.
We are currently blocked, by a confidentiality agreement, prohibiting WAI releasing any metallurgical works at this moment in time, in due course this will be removed but we cannot provide a date for the release of our NI43-101 today.
I am due to return to Europe and the Middle East early next week, in order to close on WAI's last year efforts to raise financing.
