Once again you are wrong " orlandofl " .       I believe it was not that long ago  ( when the share price was twice what it is now ) that you mentioned the same thing.      If LTS would have listened to you back then ,  then they would really have a lot of egg on their faces right now.

I told you back then and will tell you once again ....     this is not how share buybacks are done by any company.  They do it gradually and I am sure that most shareholders are happy that they did not go " all in " as you once again sugest.

If oil continues lower into the low $ 40's  ( or $ 30's ) then how foolish would they look.

T.D. downgraded their share price into the .70's cent range.    They did this for a reason.   And remember ...   oil was a lot higher when they did the downgrade than what it is at now.

So first of all LTS ( instead of buying shares back at all )   they should use the money to focus on debt reduction.   Cut their dividend right out also and use that money to pay down the debt also.

No-one knows how low oil is going and therefore how low LTS's share price is going.

LTS didn't listen to you last time you said the same thing and I am sure that they will not listen to you this time either.

They have to be smarter than that !!!

I agree on getting the ship through the storm, but they are only authorized to buy 16M more shares - that is what I want them to buy - the 16M shares - cost under $16M USD - reduces outstanding shares to just over 180M from just under 200M - makes a difference for acquiring company when making an offer and makes a difference to share holders when accepting an offer - we get 10% more on the same overall price - I still think the 16M shares should be picked up - I agree on weathering the storm and I'd like to see the dividend dropped for a while.
