In the publishes annual meeting HRT said the cost of Polvo oil production is $ 40 dollars. I do not believe it, but even if this were true it would only Polvo oil field alone, without the costs of all the rest of HRT and administrative costs. Remember that the HRT selling Polvo oil with a discount around 10% over the price of brent in the market.
