Its Urban Barry property is in the Urban Township of the James Bay region of Quebec in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Urban Barry properties encompass an area of approximately 6,900 ha and directly adjoins Osisko’s Windfall property, with the Langlois base metal-silver-gold mine located approximately 30 km to the northwest.

what does this mean?
ok so my broker tells me today that he received a call from another ontario broker that apparently the ontario mining comissioner is now involved with this ontario issue?ive seen a few of these go very bad as the comissioner is in fact a judge.
so ive done a bit of digging in past cases and if this is in fact true it appears mr schuss will be summoned to appear in ontario court?im not sure how this all works but i assume we will know soon enough as it will all in the public record.
not a good way to start 2015
