Radar, i think if you had a look under the hood you would see that MMJ is building out along the Buffet model.

Full supply chain to the end user.

Then take into account what will happen to the value of a graphite proprty right next to Tesla, think big picture.. the value unlocked by spinning off all these assets is much higher than all under one roof.
