RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:KWG/BOLD-Black HorseI personally think the issue here  is not a problem with remaining option 1 ($700K) and option 2 payment ($700K). KWG can pay in either cash or common shares. KWG is proceeding with its prospectus offering for further exploration expenses ($2.2 M) in harsh market environment and may be not sure if it can be completed in time. Fesibility study is not something that can be done quickly either. It is ok to make an amendment in favor of KWG/BOL on these issues other than payment agreements. Option 3 ageement ($15M) is something else that is outside of the table at the present time.
