RE:Safe levels?i dont think we will go below the underlining comodity but this is a highly volatile security (etn). if you play the swings you can do well but it moves fast. 

to answer your question directly if the markets keep droping who knows how low it will get, as far as back to 60, not in the near future. the main thing to take away is this depends on the price of natural gas. if it goes up thiw will go up 3x's and visea versa
