Article In the Financial Times

Article In the Financial TimesThere is a pretty good article in today's Financial Times (page 14)  on the copper outlook through the end decade.  The near term oversupply looks like it quickly falls away to a nice sized deficit.  Large miners are looking now to find or expand projects to meet the shortfall.  While FCX is not mentioned as it is US-based, I am certain that they understand the same dynamics as the other big producers. Being a long-term investor, I am patient with a holding like RMC.  In markets like these, that patience is being tested, but I say stay the course.  Ultimately RMC will complete its JV and either sell the Timok project to FCX or get taken out in its entirety.
