Satellos Bioscience Inc. is a Canada-based biotechnology company. The Company is engaged in developing new small molecule therapeutic approaches to improve the treatment of muscle diseases and disorders. Actually, you have to consider the shares that they own of IMNP nearly as good as cash too. Although IMNP shares don't trade much.

I see some research out there that shows 15 to 20 cents per share is fair value:
