RE:12%Makes sense its going to get more expensive to accumulate at this stage, w/ the results of the Motion to Compel (originally affirmed in part and denied in part), now (29 Dec Docket entry) a resounding defeat for Citrix,  they must make legal/licencing witness available and provide the non-privelaged info on all 8 Citrix/3rd party licenses, including mechanisms if any to use inter partate or other strategies to influence licensiing rates.  Oooch, if its a good jury that's going to leave a mark.

What's the infringement standard again, preponderance of evidence. Looks to be a question now of how much the infrignemen is worth, or X3. Would be nice to get the last laugh.
