RE:then courtBut dosco, there is no other compliant bid, even after all this effort. The $1 million is probably just enough to pay the trustee costs. If the assets are so great, why were there no other bids? Remember, RT is now out of the picture. Unless you're perhaps suggesting this is a conspiracy between old AOX and Enirgi, which on its face seems unlikely. As I read it, Enirgi simple asked for its money, and AOX did not repay. Further it's AOX who filed for bankruptcy, to halt Enirigi's enforcement proceedings.
